Patient Portal

We now offer a patient portal where you can go online to check your appointments, see statements, pay bills online, and send us messages. This may save you time by not having to call us on the phone. This patient portal is secure and HIPAA compliant. When you sign up for the portal you will get a message from an email account portal@endodocsny.com with a user name and password. You will not send us messages to this email, but will message us through the portal.

This portal is not to be used for any emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911. DO NOT LEAVE AN EMERGENCY MESSAGE ON THE PATIENT PORTAL. You can reach us during our usual working hours by calling 516 466-6165. When we are not in the office, please call our emergency number at 516 674-1542.

When you leave us a message please start the message by stating your full name, date of birth, your physicians name in the practice, and reason for the message. ie. Medication refill, lab results, billing question, medical question for the doctor.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a return message or call during the workweek and longer for weekend messages. If you do not hear from us, please call the office.

We also advise that you use a personal secure email when communicating your personal health information. We also recommend that HIV/Aids, drug dependency, and mental health information not be sent via email. Please call our office directly to discuss this information.
